Section 37

Repeal and Repeal

(1) The Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Facilities of Supreme Court Judges Act, 2026 is repealed.

(2) The Act Relating to Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Facilities of Judges of the Supreme Court , 2026 shall be deemed to be in accordance with this Act.
